HEY HUMANS, WHAT ARE THESE? |
If you missed the blog story about our mistreated blinds here is the link for a refresher
http://liamlicks.blogspot.com/2015_08_30_archive.html
We must keep them open during the day
And we have horizontal everywhere else. So far no attacks on them
old ones above, new to the right
And Liam is leery
Not for long though
He wondered where his head hole was...see these two shots of the old blinds which he had twisted and tormented into shapes perfect for his viewing
blinds are gone and the new living room sets are brocaded imprint verticals. Liam, pushed the slats aside for better looks

AND THE KITCHEN WINDOW |
CLOSED FOR THE END OF THE DAY |
Woof, Woof
I have two dogs (Pit Bull and a Great Dane) and they tear down the curtains I have placed over my windows. These vertical blinds might be a better option than continuing to put up my curtains every couple of days which is a huge hassle for me. Good idea, I never thought about this option.

Hi Bob,
DeleteTwo months in and it appears the problem is solved. The verticals work. We keep them open during the day and close them when it gets dark. The few times Liam has brushed against them, the slats sway a bit and then settle down quickly.
Thanks for posting.
