Bait in its most refined meaning-baiting-leading us to a place of delights and pleasures. This is a Mario Batali gem http://www.mariobatali.com/about_mario.cfmis
He gets around. Mario has 16 restaurants in several US cities, I counted 9 in NYC-he is part of "The Chew" team and does amazing work for all sorts of charities. We could not see a RW menu online. There is a reason that we will find out at lunch.

Our waiter explains that the menu changes twice a day-so that is why no
posting online-constant flux. He also tells us that what they serve at the RW lunch is what they
serve for dinner, Not two different menus. Very classy. We choose the
24.07 menu and we have crudos. A fair amount of sharing goes on so we all taste a bit of everything ordered. I'll show you some fish as that is
what ESCA is all about.
